Whenever you cast a black spell, put a +1/+1 counter on K'rrik
You can pay extra mana to gain extra effects - almost like levelling up in D&D - with the Barbarian Class giving a creature +2/+0 and menace when you roll a die, and its final level giving all of your creatures haste
Zeraora (Vivid Voltage) can score a nice OHKO with a Choice Belt (Brilliant Stars), and thats pretty much it
Individual damage or destruction spells can be increased in cost, so especially with a low mana pool, it must be carefully weighed by the opponent whether there is a need to destroy a creature or not
The Judge Gift version of Dark Ritual features art exclusive to that version, and has not appeared on any other version of the card (sans a special Magic Online promo only available in that game)
