Released in Japan on August 23, 2025 as the official 3rd Anniversary set, Carrying On His Will introduces an entirely new rarity tier, a collaboration with Jujutsu Kaisen creator Gege Akutami, and three Tier 1 competitive leaders in a single expansion

Commander decks based around equipment are nothing new, with about a dozen Commanders supporting it

Some are best suited with synergies based around specific creature types or playstyles, while others are better as more generic commanders with effects that can be very competitive in the right decks, both of which prove very powerful

Just the right kind of cards were still available because rotation had been delayed, and Lugia VSTAR was at the top of the heap
