I expect this to happen, but I would want that each main villain and lead protagonist get a rare or mythic slot

I think the Blue in this card's color identity is solely there because of Beau the Blue Ox, but the result is that this feels like a really interesting take on the Maro Sorcerer type of legendary creature

Overall, I recommend always checking whether a card is included in the curated TCs list and at what drop rate prior to speculating or purchasing any MTGO card

Either way, Repurposing Bay certainly has a winning formula to, at worst, see some heavy experimentation and, at best, dominate multiple MTG formats.

It remains to be seen if Wizards will release more cards of such rarity in the future.
