I run this in a lot of white Commander decks that run a lot of weenies or token creatures

If enough creatures die during a single turn, it transforms into Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, the final major boss of FF7

If you have them, you can then use Stampede to deal damage on already-damaged enemy characters or Iago, Loud-Mouthed Parrot to force opponents into attacking you

Card selection on a massive scale, free lifegain and even some bonus tokens at a cheap rate

Artifacts are among the hardest permanents to remove (with some colors unable to remove them at all), so Chocobo Racetrack is likely to stick around once it hits the battlefield

First of all that's an oddly specific request, and second of all, why would you ever run this card over Vivi OrnitierVivi Ornitier
