Reads useful

The Dark introduced 119 new cards, which makes it a VERY small expansion

Birgis a mana-making machine and contributes to several infinite combos, whereas Harnfel, Horn of Bounty makes sure youre never drawing dead and plays well with paradox commanders like Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald

However, if you do, and that card is an illegal target at the time the ability tries to resolve, it won't resolve and none of its effects will happen

Spend this mana only to cast an Equipment spell or activate an equip ability

The card synergizes well in any Food or lifegain decks that can reliably gain life each turn in a Commander turn cycle
