This card also modifies Creature spells you control on the stack and even ones who aren't on the battlefield yet
Loxi: I wish this had evasion instead of a higher toughness stat, but being able to slap its abilities on anything makes this pretty solid in a self mill deck, as you can mill it, still get some value off it, and further enable you to mill more/draw cards
Sadly the maths is not simple as there are far more mono decks and two colour decks played than those with greater numbers of colours for which any one colour is only in a third of the decks
Oswald, The Lucky Rabbit Oswald is a great card for item decks, turning each ink you play into a chance to play an item for free cheating some of the biggest and scariest into play way ahead of time if youre lucky, or if youve found a way to filtre your deck just right
Freerunning isnt as busted as it might seem, but its pretty powerful, and an Ezio EDH deck potentially has access to every assassin in the game
