My lead isn't big, but it's nice to have the top spot, if only for the moment
Foremost is Ellywick Tumblestrum , the marquis planeswalker of the set
While we dont want to raise Bear all the way to Carnivore (which would include far too many mammals) or even Caniform (its too important for Wolves to be their own type,) one step up on the taxonomical ladder from Bear is Arctoidea, which includes Bears and Mustelids (see my guide to Badgers.) Still, here I think were starting to get weird
Bolas asked Bontu to kill Hazoret, but Bolas betrayed Bontu after she had defeated her sibling in combat
Exciting Pulls ($21 $40) Glittering Wish $23 Norin the Wary $23 Marrow-Gnawer $25 Mindslaver $25 Pyretic Ritual $25 Blasting Station $25 Boreal Druid $28 Celestial Kirin $30 Delay $30 Isamaru, Hound of Konda $30 Maelstrom Nexus $30 Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant $35 Balefire Liege $35 Blighted Agent $35 Zurs Weirding $40 Reki, the History of Kamigawa $40 This list could just as easily be called foils that are way more valuable than I expected them to be when I started writing this article. Pyretic Ritual at $25 makes sense, and theres Commander demand for Balefire Liege and Maelstrom Nexus, but a lot of these cards have quite a ways to fall
Prices for these cards vary widely depending on rarity, popularity, and condition
