Precinct Captain 4 While this is a great card and seemingly very on theme it is awkward in many ways

Sadly, it doesnt do anything on its own, besides cranking up loyalty counters, but if you can equip an evasive creature and strike, things start to happen

Beheeyem arrives and, while dishing out only 10 damage on its own, will add another 20 for every card the opponent has benched

With your deck ready to go, you'll want to head to the 'Play' tab

Theres a fun interaction between this and cards like Bone Splinters

That sounds bad, but whenever you sacrifice a permanent, you get to put a +1/+1 counter on Korvold and then draw a card
