6 Rasaad Yn Bashir Rasaad yn Bashir is a new white commander printed as part of Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's gate

You can open traditional foil or non-foil versions in Set, Draft, and Collector Boosters

I blame this partially on the Gatewatch fatigue that was going on at the timeas the block was really Chandras storyand the fact that Wizards really has no idea which characters are going to take off

Consider a similarly named Warden of the First Tree

Notable cards include Valakut, the Hidden Assassin , which benefits from morph and surprise tactics, Changeling Berserker for flexible morph interactions, Psychic Possession to temporarily control opponent creatures, and Deadly Designs , providing removal and synergy with your morph creatures

There are formats like Pauper where control players will play them, and this one has got flashback so you get at least two creatures out of the deal
