Whereas Commander ups players deck sizes and health totals, Lorcana simply opens up the option for attacking different opponents without any other necessary changes

This Sauron provides ample value and offers most of it upfront, which is vital since this 9/9 beater has no protection aside from surviving most burn spells, so it can be exiled or destroyed with surprising ease in Commander

Bayou ($250 - $500) - A dual land card from the original Alpha set that counts as swamp and forest, granting a black or green mana per turn

If the front face of the card is a creature card, you can turn it face up by paying its mana cost

On the other hand, using your Characters to challenge your opponents ones can put a limit on your board thus drawing will become very important to keep your edge with this deck

You get to draw cards, and with one of the best colorless ETB effects in the game you get protection from everything, which buys you time to actually put your cards to good use
