So, I gave him some abilities that let him destroy artifacts and protect himself from them, as artifacts are the closest thing in Magic's world to our world's (and Sonic's world's) machinery and robots

Being able to play this at the end of your opponents turn while still holding up many for counterspells or flash creatures makes Growth Spiral powerful
