The only exception would be if multiple effects that altered a Creature type were in play at the same time, particularly if they're using replacement effects (i.e., changing a Creature's type from one to another)
While these can be worth thousands of dollars, there are numerous promo cards that eclipse the value of even the most valuable Charizard cards, for example

On every Rayquaza card, they've succeeded with aplomb at their assigned task of drawing an angry dragon
If the Pokmon V this card is attached to has Vaporeon, Jolteon, or Flareon in its name, its attacks cost Colorless less
That said, it has synergies here and there with loot effects or effects that require you to discard a card to play, so its a nice role-player in a discard-heavy strategy
