This instant is a great little modal spell thatll rarely be useless

By giving Angels access to more colors, more mana, and more ways to get them into play, you end up giving them basically what a lot of other creature types natively have access to in their own Commanders already

I also like it in Type Four which often has elevated casting costs to bring back due to the infinite mana nature of the format, and bringing back a giant 10/10 and gaining 8 life in one card is pretty strong there
