Burn and damage have always been reds bread and butter, but because its had to be balanced for competitive duel formats, its efficacy pretty much evaporates in the face of multiple opponents with double the starting life
Cavalry Charge a white/blue/black Knights deck
You can build around it however you want, though Ramos specifically incentivizes multi-colored cards
A card like Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest is at home in this deck since you sacrifice many fetch lands, produce many tokens that love +1/+1 counters, and with the Perilous Forays combo you can have an explosive turn
I worry that Tocasia also suffers from having too many strategies in one, since she wants you to have a go-wide strategy to best benefit from her effect, reanimation or some sort of graveyard payoff, and artifacts for her activated ability
Any time you would gain life, you gain one more of that amount, which isnt a ton, but adds up over time
