pokemon cards kingdra The Of Pokémon TCG: Dragon Majesty Part 5: GX during your opponents next turn Kingdra | Lost Origin |

The Pod in this deck was much more of a utility card than a win mechanism, I was planning on using it to shuffle my library, get card advantage and tutor up the odd answer dork with it rather than chain up into abusive fatties

Gyruda combo took a huge hit from the Companion rules change that makes you pay three mana to put it into your hand, though, and hasnt made much of an impact since

Sure, it costs a bit more to activate than Mutavault, but this is more akin to Faceless Haven

Moreover, these decks tend to have a lot of the same weaknesses as Affinity or Lantern, without the same history of success, and may ultimately just be bad versions of the Krark-Clan Ironworks decks

Opening Hand 10 A mix of mana, a creature, and removal and burn are present, so this is a keeper, which also represents the standard operating procedure for most opening hands with this deck
