Rosewater was asked in 2011 if Magic would ever do a Star Wars set, to which he replied, we only do sets based on our own IP (intellectual property). This answer is obviously no longer the case, and the chances for a Star Wars set seemed more likely when Rosewater got the same question in 2022
Either way, Kogla and Yidaro can be some targeted artifact or enchantment hate for you, and I wouldnt mind running it in all kinds of other RG+ homes
Because the permanents aren't entering the battlefield when they become copies of the target permanent, any "When [this permanent] enters" or "[This permanent] enters with" abilities of the copied permanent won't apply
Theyre excellent additions to commanders like Yarok, the Desecrated and Brago, King Eternal since they let you retrigger your best creatures, like Ravenous Chupacabra and Cloudblazer
Thankfully, you dont have to wait until September 9th to be the change you want to see
This is exciting for match-ups such as Death & Taxes, Moon Stompy, and opposing combo where you want to be as fast as possible
