My experience with this card is that it can be pretty cool in Limited, but this is an example of an interesting design space that simply does not translate well to a multiplayer environment such as cEDH

This card is a little difficult to resolve for webcam play since the top four of your deck should be hidden information to yourself and only known information to one opponent

Good for the players, who knows what its price would be otherwise

Noble Hierarch is just the other Bird of Paradise that is worse for decks with black and red hence being so much further down the list

Ive seen this blue enchantment in play a couple times, and it doesnt have that oops, games over feel that Omniscience does, while still being exceptionally powerful

I dont need to speak to all of the nasty stuff that you can do with enters- and leaves-the-battlefield triggers
