The key here is that every pack contains a planeswalker, even if some are uncommon ones that have no way to add loyalty counters

Discard outlets are plentiful in Modern, and six mana isnt hard to come by, especially with Eldrazi Temple and Ugins Labyrinth in the mix

I am personally leaning on the Oni-Cult side for now, as I think being more mana efficient and having the ability to clog up and handle a board is more important right now
