The Chaos Incarnate deck is themed around Rakdos (black/red) cards and uses Kardur, Doomscourge as a commander to wreak chaos all around the battlefield and force your opponents to attack each other

Its perhaps not the easiest to use for newbies, but still well worth a look

Cards like Thundermaw Hellkite are fantastic threats too, and great finishers, but they rarely do the whole job, they rely on other cards having done a lot of prior work

Knuckles the Echidna One of the best haste creatures in the game, Knuckles the Echidna is pretty lousy as a red commander but very strong in the 99

You can have up to 15 different lesson cards in your sideboard in BO3, but that wont allow you to have any other regular sideboard cards

Try to use your characters to block your opponents high-lore characters from staying out in the early game even if you need to trade (lose yours to take out theirs)
