Iriss Fighting Spirit will be great for decks that discard a lot and have low hand sizes
Some of the things you could do to drop the cost of building a similar Sliver deck would be: cutting Sliver Queen for another Sliver, changing out fetch lands for less expensive lands, adding in Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds, and running more basic land with Explosive Vegetation and other basic land search spells
Loxi: Getting to use your Spawns/Scions as real mana dorks is pretty potent, and while not the primary reason you'll take this, the lifegain is a nice touch
Maybe thats goodthe world doesnt need more horrors rising from the deepbut this reprint is welcome nonetheless
