mtg phoenix cards Art Of The War (Red) [PEN254] (Compendium of Rathe) If you do Ozai, the Phoenix King |

If the equipped card is a dork it gets +2/+1, so it has synergy with artifacts that can become dorks like vehicles and Guardian Idol

Newcomers to TCGs have heard about a card's value, that's not its resale value, but its tabletop value

With Echo Mage, for example, you start at level 0 and the final level is 4+, so youd only want to level up this creature 4 times to get the maximum benefit

When multiple creatures connive simultaneously, you choose the order

Any abilities that care about a counter being removed from or put onto a permanent will apply

In many ways, this card calls back to Mother of Runes or Giver of Runes, giving access to a useful effect in both Standard and Pioneer
