Yes, all decks love mana but this is so much and so slowly that you really need to have built around it to get any real sort of payoff

Based on this I would suggest the following changes: Remove Carnival of Souls, Defiler of Flesh, K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth, Phyrexian Altar, Pitiless Plunderer, Warren Soultrader Add Nyx Lotus, Ogre Slumlord, Funeral Room / Awakening Hall, Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER , Sadistic Hypnotist, and Phyrexian Plaguelord Combo Type 2: Bolas's Citadel and Plague of Vermin I think in the deck, the closest casual equivalent is big card drop splash / swing plays that can make the game go over the top in value
Furthermore, when it comes to the most valuable cards in Dragon Majesty, it's impossible to ignore a surprising appearance from a trainer not primarily associated with Dragon-type Pokemon
