The Gaffer Mono-white Commander decks can struggle with card draw, so The Gaffer is a good solution to that

Dont get caught up in the second triggered ability and feel like it must be a colorless-only card

This Izzet commander pairing clearly want to play in some sort of halfway build between being spellslinger and superfriends, as each of their ultimate abilities let you copy any instants and sorceries or activated abilities (which includes loyalty abilities)

Mintharas ability will affect those tokens too, essentially squaring your on-board power in an instant

There are plenty of powerful combos you can do with this commander, such as with Food Chain or Palinchron

Frame comes with plexiglass and hanging hardware
