Make sure you have enough ramp (mana rocks, land tutors) so you aren't stuck watching everyone else make big plays while youre tapped out
In commander, you have a lot of life to work with, allowing you to take that ping damage pretty safely while generating the mana you need early, then switch to colorless later once your mana base is more robust

This is maybe my favorite combo to try and put together, and it's a great endgame for my ramp decks
The preconstructed deck runs 17 Demons, which while certainly enough to provide incidental value isnt as many as youd want in a deck built around Belakor
