Despite no unifying design, Arabian Nights does introduce some important game concepts and mechanics, many of which persist to today (the MTG Wiki has a larger and more comprehensive list): Lands that have a special ability and do something other than tap for mana, like Library of Alexandria Coin flips, as an official and sanctioned game rule
After several years of Magics story primarily being available for free on Daily MTG (in the form of short stories and occasional comics, with some eBooks and physical comic books available as well), this model is ending and Magic is returning to having books once more
(Borborygmos, by the way, is derived from a word that means "the rumbling of the stomach.") The original Borborygmos captures the flavor that he was a creature that inspired those around him, but it didn't really capture the flavor of a wild cyclops
(Club meetings are Tuesdays, Im the EVP in charge of enthusiasm, welcome aboard!) Invasion of Shandalar (no price yet) Another card thats hard to argue with in most decks playing Green, this is pretty darn amazing
One card you may want to remove as soon as possible is Eidolon of the Great Revel because it's a static way to damage you if left unchecked
Although Ambassador Blorpityblorpboop's last ability considers the power and toughness stickers of permanents you control, the card itself is not considered to be stickered unless there's actually a sticker on it
