Well, several Cases, actually

Determined Iteration pairs well not only with Deadpool and The Master, but also with any other methods for making Deadpool tokens you might have - especially non-legendary clones that won't immediately die

Vulturous Zombie is a sweet flier but it does much better in decks with more discard or deck milling abilities

This one asks a little more, thoughyoull need to pay five mana at the beginning of your next upkeep or youll lose the game

Extirpate and Surgical Extraction are awesome with eldrazi/affinity decks, if I can exile Urza's Mine / Urza's Tower or something like Mycosynth Lattice my opponent can't play its game

For those looking to whip up a quick commander deck just from the starter kit, this Tatyova, Benthic Druid list will do the job
