The card effect fits with the name of 'death spark', allowing the caster to return Death Spark to his hand if a creature card enters the graveyard above it, but the artwork seems to show a chain-lightning-style effect piercing three heads in a row
I still run this card in Abes Deck of Happiness and Joy, a 3500+ highlander multiplayer friendly deck that has been around almost all of my Magic playing days
I call it fixed because its both reworded to include abilities, and costed much more aggressively, albeit only triggering the first time its targeted each turn
Better yet, Nissas ultimate either lets you play a creature for free from your hand or reanimate it from your graveyard
