Yuffie Kisaragi (Final Fantasy VII) Yuffie Kisaragi (reprint of Yuriko, the Tigers Shadow) Legendary Creature Human Ninja Costs one generic, one blue, and one black mana to cast 1 power/3 toughness Pay one blue and one black mana and return an unblocked attacker to your hand: Commander Ninjutsu ( Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand or the command zone tapped and attacking .) Whenever a Ninja you control deals combat damage to a player, reveal the top card of your library and put that card into your hand
Some of these directly reference scenes from the first movie, while others let the characters either live out their dreams or playfully expand upon the lore of these beloved characters
Once a card is exerted, it typically can't be readied again until the beginning phase of your next turn
Perhaps one Commander thats a bit off the beaten path that allows Hildibrand Manderville to show his true potential is Ratadrabik of Urborg
While combat tricks that change the Strength of your opponents' characters will help you control the board, this deck's collection of cheap characters will struggle to take down big threats like Cinderella, Stouthearted
You can move your Brooms there for free and they get some additional lore as a benefit
