mtg doctor who commander deck lists BEGINNER FRIENDLY | Blast From the Past Decklist Review | Dr. Each card has been carefully crafted to reflect the essence of Doctor Who Every Universes Beyond: Doctor Who

The Phasing of Zhalfir

Once we have tokens we're going to pump them with cards like Jeskai Ascendancy, Surge to Victory, Warlord's Fury, and Balmor, Battlemage Captain, all while Narset pumps the team with prowess and casts additional spells from the graveyard

We found a lot of valuable design space in tweaking known things

This is great with Commanders that need protection, Spellslinger/Magecraft decks to copy and cast, Voltrons to protect while growing in size unlike Swiftfoot Boots, Treasure decks, and loads more

best of all, that story isn't in any way a prerequisite to appreciating the card

In your upkeep you'll reveal the top card of your libray and then draw it unless your foe loses life equal to it's mana cost
