Most of the multi-million dollar cards, like the Alpha Black Lotus, are protected by the "Reserved List," a promise by Wizards of the Coast never to reprint them, ensuring their status as the ultimate collector's items
The consensus take on the Legacy subreddit seems to be, Eh, I might sideboard a few copies in certain matches, and I tend to agree
Token copies still have a mana cost, so a curve like Woe Strider into Nightmare Shepherd into Gary drains for 10 immediately, and the 4/4 flyer could help finish the game off
Casting an efficient removal or card draw spell multiple times for free (if you can flicker or otherwise trigger the Chancellor) can give you a solid advantage, and the fact that ramp and spells get better every year means this card does, too
There will almost certainly be more Marvel cards to come beyond the upcoming Spider-Man set, and as was proved this week via the Deadpool drop, new cards we know nothing about could be revealed at any time
