So you could build an Oops, All Creatures deck and basically start with an opening hand of 7 cards plus Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit, Sam, Loyal Attendant, and Umori, the Collector
Out of all the permanent types, excluding lands, I think enchantments are often overlooked and tend to not be worried about
I envision a Gruul Aggro deck utilizing powerful old cards like [Card]Embercleave[/Card] and [Card]Gruul Spellbreaker[/Card] alongside the new cards, including Klothys and Gallia of the Endless Dance
The better thing to do is directly target the cards that push things over the line
"Dash [cost]" means "You may cast this card by paying [cost] rather than its mana cost," "If this spell's dash cost was paid, return the permanent this spell becomes to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step," and "As long as this permanent's dash cost was paid, it has haste." If you choose to pay the dash cost rather than the mana cost, you're still casting the spell
The card, when sleeved, could likely fool many collectors
