Biollante, Plant Beast Form (Nethroi, Apex of Death) (Foil) Price in Europe: 20 ($24) Price in US: $70 Possible price: $100+ Moving away from competitive formats, Nethroi has remained the most popular commander built from Ikoria pretty much since the set was released, and its also one of the top EDH cards from the set for part of the 99 as well
In the Hall of Fame or 'Palace' format, Pokmon cards are assigned a star rating, which determines how many copies of them you can run - effectively limiting the most powerful Pokmon cards, so they don't completely dominate all the best Pokmon decks
Feel free to use it if u want for your orica prints, but remember say thanks
The card is particularly useful in Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links where it's part of a combo to combine it with Secret Pass to the Treasures to allow it to attack directly, and Union Attack to boost its ATK power tremendously while you control 2 other decently high-ATK Monsters (which won't nullify the restriction on Secret Pass to the Treasures being able to only use its effect on Monsters with 1000 or less ATK)
I tried two different decks in December alone
The crazy thing about this effect is that it isnt once per turn in the slightest
