3 Johto The Second Most Iconic Region Before the release of the second main set, many fans were eagerly awaiting what they were hoping was the next region in line after Kanto, that being Johto, but The Pokemon Company surprised everyone when it was instead themed around Sinnoh

Were talking about full set rotations and a potential new gameplay format

Where it did become a problem, however, was during the major story cutscenes, where characters dramatically move their mouths and flail their arms around while absolutely no sound comes out

If that creature is legendary, its controller loses 3 life

That, coupled with a few vanilla legends that MTG already has, make for a fine ranking

Think of it as playing the game with a bit of insider knowledge
