Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm I could see people fighting me on the top two slots here, but Im confident that Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm earns the title of best dragon commander in Magic
It suffers from anti-synergy with tokens (and is locked out of mono-black Commander decks due to egregious color ID rules), but on the whole it does more good than ill a remarkable achievement for its cursed cycle
2 Electrostatic Blast & 'Boon' Effects You could imagine Electrostatic Blast or Bloodrage Alpha as paper cards, though a digital client ensures you don't forget about their triggers when they carry over across multiple turns. That's why most delayed triggers in Magic only exist within the duration of a single turn
To do so, you exert Stitch and announce the challenge
I even got to go hands-on and play a round with a few folk from developer Wizards of the Coast, and the result of this unexpected tie-in is a strange but surprisingly compelling mix of a multiplayer Magic match and a family board game night
