rat deck mtg commander Lord Skitter Colony | Wilds of Eldraine Commander How to play the deck Commander / EDH MTG decks

1 Bladewing the Risen

Overall a solid card for where it belongs

Spells like Nadir Kraken and The Locust God that create tokens as you draw cards are great ways to defend the crown while Psychosis Crawler and Niv-Mizzet, Parun turn the card draw into pressure to wrap the game up

But regardless, the end result tends to be utter dominance of the playing field

Three strength on a character you can have out on your first turn is mighty impressive, and a quick way to start shutting down your rivals weaker characters before they have a chance to quest or retaliate

only had 10-12 cards printed with the marquee art, so I would expect similar from this drop
