Change the position of a monster card from attack to defense or vice versa

Either way, the Commands are flexible and rarely feels a dead draw regardless of the format

It has a secondary effect that activates if it is destroyed by the opponent while face-down, allowing the player to Special Summon a non-Effect monster from the Extra Deck, which can range from "Allvain the Essence of Vanity" to "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon"

Im not super-optimistic of its chances, however, as it doesnt actually hard-counter the interaction while also having tons of huge blind spots (such as permission and sweepers)
