The first to enter this list is Glarb, Calamity's Augur, a three-mana potential commander who can trade favorable in combat and also Surveil two cards deep to play either lands or spells that cost four or greater from the top of your library
White looks fairly aggressive at common, so it shouldnt be too challenging to convert this from an underwhelming Nimble Innovator into an excellent card
Id keep this hand, and lead with a first turn Serendib to put our opponent on the back foot to start the game
Breya, Etherium Shaper While often associated with artifact-heavy builds, Breya, Etherium Shaper also excels as a 4-color control commander
So, in theory you should just get the maximum four copies of Dumbo, Ninth Wonder of the Universe, for your Lorcana deck, then build the rest of your deck around those
