mtg commander deck kamigawa Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Deck: Upgrades Unleashed Unboxed Players wanting to play the deck in Commander should swap out the extra copy of Mossfire Valley for a basic land or the land of their choice. Magic: The Gathering Kamigawa: Neon

If you love Fallout and were interested in learning Magic, this is the deck I would recommend to start with

It bounces every nonland permanent your opponents own while leaving your board completely untouched

Plan A for the deck is to amass a legion of Goblin creatures and give them combat-oriented buffs such as haste, menace, and power/toughness boosts to overwhelm any opponent who isn't ready for such an assault

My goal on Budget Commander is to show you how to build a deck at various price points, with the cheapest usually being anywhere between $20 and $40, and then upgrading from there

This partner also opens access to blue, which can give you some additional cool cards for your chaos strategy

While these decks arent identical to their paper counterparts, they nonetheless offered an easy way to jump into the set
