I don't see this being played in most decks, but in a deck focusing on expensive dragons being cheated in, this works quite well
Theres a fun mix between creatures and other spells to give you a different strategy each game, especially if you switch commanders

For a crazy planeswalker party, this deck sure doesn't want to let things get too raucous
It has a lot of partner commanders, which allow you to have two commanders instead of one
